Heart Tachometer preview


Simple workout watch. Setting currently correct for 25-year-old. To set it for your age, change the formula with these values: max heart rate = 220 - your age; HRR = max heart rate / 2; STEP = 300 / HRR; The rotation of the tach hand is {shr} > HHR and (({shr}-HHR)*STEP+210) or 210; Example: 25 years old max heart rate = 195 HHR = 195 / 2 = 97.5 STEP = 300 / 97.5 = 3.1 would be {shr} > 97.5 and (({shr}-97.5)*3.1+210) or 210 Set the timeout in watchmaker to maximum value, or use an app or launcher that will keep the screen on for best results.
